REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Joseph Okello Abajah, of P.O. Box 53556-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8294/333, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 29359/1, and whereas Savings and Loan Kenya Limited has changed its name to KCB Bank Kenya Limited, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 29359/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
