GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 30

WHEREAS Nguru Muregi Wachira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Mwerua/Kithumbu/687 and 686, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 4 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Peter Karani Kariru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Peter Karani Kariru, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Nguru Muregi Wachira (deceased), shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NC/TICE No. 31 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kibiu Magu alias Kabiu Magu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Baragwe/Guama/509, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 562 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Njuki Kibiu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Njuki Kibiu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibiu Magu alias Kabiu Magu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
