NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the various customers who brought the following goods—Fridges, Freezers, Washing Machines, Cookers, TV's', Microwaves, CD's, Home Theatres, Dvd's, Radio's, Vacuum Cleaners, Keetles, Toasters, Irons, etc, for repairs or service on or before 30th September, 2017, and the said goods are still with Hotpoint Appliances Ltd Service Centers and Showrooms (at Sarit Center, Industrial Area or Mombasa, Likoni and Nyali Branches), that the said goods need to be collected upon payment of any outstanding charges within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to collect the said goods within the given period shall lead to the goods being disposed or sold to recover the repair and storage charges. This is a final reminder and no further claims shall be entertained for the recovery of the goods. Dated the 11th November, 2017. R.
