NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th November, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2859, in Volume DI, Folio 344/5881, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Abdifatah Galgallo Godana, of P.O. Box 285- 60500, Marsabit in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as George Galgallo Godana, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name George Galgallo Godana and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdifatah Galgallo Godana, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdifatah Galgallo Godana only.
