NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th December, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 333, in Volume B-13, Folio 1803/12133, File No. 1637, by our client, Jacqueline Wanjiku Waihenya, of P.O. Box 777- 80100, Mombasa, formerly known as Jacqueline Waihenya MaMa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jacqueline Waihenya MaMa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jacqueline Wanjiku Waihenya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jacqueline Wanjiku Waihenya only.
