TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. 36 OF 2018 By (1) Agnes Njambi Nganga and (2) Elizabeth Wangari Nganga, both of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nganga Kamau, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 25th November, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) clays from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
