TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. 5 OF 2019 By (I) Florence Auma and (2) Levis Onyango Oboi, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwuel Okech Odongo, who died on 5th February, 2013. CAUSENO. 60F 2019 By (I) John Odhiambo Nyambalo and (2) John Osiro Nyambalo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeckoniah Nyambalo Odindo, who died on 2nd July, 2000. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2019 By Peter Otieno Awuonda, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezbon Odhiambo Awuonda alias Hesbon Odhiambo Awuónda, who died on 31st December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 9OF 2019 By Julius Okeyo Origo, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aringo Oloo, who died on 5th May, 1980. CAUSENO. 10 OF 2019 By Monica Anyango Agono, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Agono Isaya alias Samwel Agono, who died on 15th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
