THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Rukwaro Ngari (ID/5947086), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8 hectare or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No.. Nakuru/Subukia/Subukia Block 4/907 (Mihango), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land repister provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, and upon such opening the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
