NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th July, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents-at Nairobi as Presentation No. 813, in Volume Dl, Folio 92/1571, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Marya Mawia Mwema, formerly known as Mary Mawia Mwema, krmally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Mawia Mwema, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marya Mawia iIwema for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Marya Mawia Mwema only.
