Box 30200-2438, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya formerly known as Frank King'asia Mwambu Muse alias Frank King'asia Muse, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Frank King'asia Mwambu Muse alias Frank King'asia Muse, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Frank Muse for all purposes and authorizes and requests' all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Frank Muse only. - Dated the 14th February, 2019.
