TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 994 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Mboshi Wanjiru and (2) Harry Robert Mbuthia, both of P.O. Box 1329-00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and brother, respectively, through Messrs. Irura, Nguchuga & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Kagera, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 2018. CAUSE. No:128 of 2019 By Hemkur Virji Jethalal Dhanani, of P.O. Box 11097-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in 'the deceased's last will, through Messrs. Pritesh H. Shah & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written Will of Virji Jethalal Nanchand Dhanani, late of Nairobi, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
