TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1444 OF 2018 By Zeheralchanoo Gulamhusein Fazal Vali alias Zery Amirali Mitha, of *23-1925, Indian River Crescent, North Vancouver, B.C. Canada, V7G, 2P7, the, deceased's daughter, through Messrs. Kithu Mbuthia & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zainab Gulamhusein Valli alias Zainab Valli Gangji alias Zainab Gulamhusein Fazal Dilgir, late of 171, Battersea, Park Road,, SW8, who died at St. Thomas' Hospital, Lambeth, on 12th September, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
