TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2019 By (1) George Makimei Njehu and (2) Margaret Wariara Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 70085-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters, of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Wanjiku Njehu, who died at Lan, on 17th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2019 By (1) George Makimei Njehu and (2) Margaret Wariara Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 70085-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njehu Boro, who died at Kagwo, on 6th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
