TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. 182 OF 2008 By (1) Daniel Wachira Kariuki and (2) Moses Kariuki Kinyua, both of P.O. Box 34, Kiganjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kariuki Mathia alias Kariuki s/o Mathira, who died at Thmutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 1997. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2018 By Lydia Wairimu Mworia, of P.O. Box 33, Kiganjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mworia Gachuiga, who died at Gaturuturu Sub-location, on 6th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
