TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 488 OF 2018 By (1) Muchiri Mugo and (2) Peter Kimani Mugo, both of P.O. Box 323-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Waithira Mugo, who died at Kaibere, Gathugu, Githunguri, on 17th June, 2017. CAUSE No. 85 OF 2019 By (1) David Kamau Muna and (2) John Njenga Muna, both of P.O. Box 29, Matathi in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Magu, who died at Lali, on 28th July, 1965. CAUSE No. 87 OF 2019 By (1) Julia Wambui Kiarie and (2) Joseph Njiu Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 33-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's nephew and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Njiu "A" alias Njoroge Njiu "A"., who died at Githiga, Ikinu, on 1st March, 1994. CAUSE N0.88 OF 2019 By (1) Grace Wairimu Karnau and (2) Samuel Ndung'u Kaman, both of P.O. Box 7039-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamau Njoroge, who died at Gathugu, Gathiruini, on 18th October, 2004. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2019 By Peter Muiruri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 32-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njuguna Ndiboi alias Njuguna Ndibui, who died at Gitithia, on 28th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
