Box 1230-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Mukungi Mwati, who died at Ndumoni, on 6th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2018 By Musangi Maswili Mbua, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maswili Mbua Ndana, who died at Maseki Sub-location, on 25th December, 2012. CAUSE No. 143 of 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Kalewa Muinde and (2) Telesia Ndimu Muinde, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Kalewa Muinde, who died at Utooni Sub-location, on 12th December, 2012. CAUSE No. 160 OF 2018 By (1) Jane Kasyoka Kanyulu and (2) Christine Kiundi Kinyulu, both of P.O. Box 220, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyulu Kiluti Ndana, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
