CAUSE No. 103 OF 2018 By (1) Mopiyian ene Saturai, and (2) David Sapingwai Saturai, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for .a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saturai ole Mosiany Nitegilish, who died at Sajiloni, on 27th September, 2006. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2019 By Dibora Wairimu Kabithu, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njoroge Muiruri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th Maoch, 2014.
