TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 80 OF 2018 By (1) Kipios Otuni and (2) Runges ole Naitotori, the deceased's , sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moruai Otuni alias Moruai ole Otuni, who died at 01 Kiriane, on 30th November, 1999. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2018 By (1) Chepngeno Chepkwony, (2) Purity Wangari Kingoro, (3) Charles Kiplangat Kirui and (4) Weldon Kiprono Kinn, the deceased's widows and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Denis Kipkoech Kirui, who died at Katakala, on 22nd February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
