TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 176 OF 2018 By Siama Hamisi Abdallah, of P.O. Box 5825, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the, estate of Philip Kiprono Cherop, who died at Kilimani, on 4th January, 2005. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By (1) Rael Jepngetich Keino and (2) Rosa Kaptich Keino, both of P.O. Box 170, Kipkaren in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Kimaru arap Keino, who died at Ng'enyilel, on 23rd August, 1999. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2019 By (1) Paulina Chemoiywo Kipruto and (2) Christina Jepkogen Kipruto, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsanga Kipruto, who died at Kipchamo, on 20th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
