TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 33 "B" OF 2018 By Richard Mocheche Agori, of P.O. Box 15, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sagwe Akuma Gesora, who died at Kebirigo, on 13th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2018 By 01'Pha Nyaboke Machora, of P.O. Box 519-40500, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Machora Kingoina; who died at Nyamira M. N. Home, on 14th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
