TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2018 By David Mugethi Nyota, of P.O. Box 97, Gatukuyu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nyota Wohoro, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2011. CAUSE No. 247 OF 2018 By Boniface Mburu Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 215, Kanjuku in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant.of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kinuthia Gitau alias Kinuthia Gitau, who died at Makwa Sub-location, on 16th July, 2009. CAUSE No. 273 OF 2018 By (1) Tabitha Njeri Ndarwa and (2) Patrick Njenga Kiarie, of P.O. Box 1499, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kiarie Kangu Kiarie alias Kiarie Kangu, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
