TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2019 By John Ngari Kaagu, of P.O. Box 93-10101, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagu Ngare alias Kagu Gathanwa, late of Karindundu, Konyu Location, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 4th March, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
