TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 75 of 2018 By (1) Menya Mogire Dominic and (2) Makori Zacharia Lumumba, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyansakia in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sansilaus Menya Ndarera, who died at Nyansakia Location, on 9th May, 2013. CAUSE No. 77 OF 2018 By (1) Robina Nyabwari Nyaisu and (2) Wilson Nyaachi Nyaisu, both of P.O. Box 70-01100, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaisu Kenyoru alias Gideon Nyaisu Monyangi, who died at Nyamecheo Location, on 1st March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
