TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2018 By (1) Robert Odiko Kwoba, (2) Pius Kwoba, (3) Christopher Kwoba and (4) Geofrey Kwoba, all of P.O. Box 4276, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Osiola Kwoba, who died at Siekunya Sub-location, on 6th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2018 By Baraza Naftali Murunga, of P.O. Box 124, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luberato Murunga alias Liberato Murunga Natondo, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 22nd May, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
