Akello Ogutu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fabian Ogutu Akello, who died on 14th July, 2000. CAUSE N0.40 OF 2018 By Zainabu Mohamed, the deceased's niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ngira, who died at Anyiko Sub-location, on 27th February, 2002. CAUSE No.1 OF 2019 By Peter Obala Olwana, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Olwana Okongo alias Olwana Okongo, who died on 30th August, 1989. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2019 By James Midumbi Arodi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saulo Ombok Waguma alias Saulo Ombok, who died on 4th September, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this hotice in the Kenya Gazette.
