TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 13 OF 2019 By Emestina Okelo Jakoyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewnard Jakoyo Oyoo, who died on 6th April, 1987. CAUSE No. 18 Of 2019 By Sarah Ogal Osimbo, of P.O. Box 1578-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osimbo Rabilo Omolo, who died at Korando "B", Kisumu, on 10th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
