TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 104 OF 2018 By (1) Christina Wayua Katuti and (2) Kennedy Katuti Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 1147-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Katuti, who died St Kavilinguni, on 5th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
