TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2019 By Mutiso Kimondiu, of P.O. Box 1150-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimondiu Mbithi alias James Kimondia, late of Kaewthei, who died there on 6th May, 2007. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2019 By (1) Anne Mukulu Ngari and (2) John Muisyo Nzau, both of P.O. Box 1136-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo Withithi alias Samson Kilonzo Withithi, late of Machakos, who died at Matetani, on 5th August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
