TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 452 of 2018 By Joscah Andola Wamukowa, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melisa Ayoyi Anguche alias Melisa Ayoyi, who died at Inaya in 2015. CAUSE No. 472 OF 2018 By Pamella Makonjio Munyendo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rogers Otinga Nalianya, who died at Kholera, in 1994. CAUSE No.474 OF 2018 By Maramba Owuor, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuoru Omondi, who died at Bushieni, on 1985. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2019 By Alex Aura Opuka, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Albert Mango alias Wycliffe Albert Mango Anyango, who died at Inaya in 2015. CAUSE No. 32 OF 2019 By (1) Pius Omukoko Mukoya and (2) Joseph Opilo Mukoya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the- estate of Isaya Mukoya Kwanda, who died at Mutoma in 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
