TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.177 OF 2018 By Oyoo Nicholas Akoo, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyangongo Ako alias Joseph Nyangongo Akoo, who died on 23rd August, 1993. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2019 By Daniel Guya Abonyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Guya Abonyo, who died on 10th November, 1995. CAusE No. 22 OF 2019 By Siprian Omungu Orwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Owak Ayara alias Joas Owak, who died on 13th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
