CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By Kennedy Mwambisi Mwashembo, of P.O. Box 4, Werugha in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of adminis'tration intestate to the estate of Mwashembo Ngima Igogo alias Mwashembo Ngima alias Mwajembo Ngima alias Mwajembo Ngali, who died at Werugha, Mlondo, on 13th July, 2009.
