REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mogobich Tea Estates (1983) Limited, of P.O. Box 51, Nandi Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L. R. No. 1181/499, situate in the Kapsabet Municipality in the district of Nandi, by virtue of a grant registered as I. R. No. 5056/1, and whereas Mogobich Tea Estates (1983) Limited, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Patel Vipul Jayantibhai, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I. R. No. 5056/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
