GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2501

WHEREAS (1) Charles Opiyo Ayieko (ID/20531096), of P.O. Box 25, Omboga in the Republic of Kenya, (2) John Ouma Adhola (ID/11123472), of P.O. Box 35, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, (3) Mary Auma Odhiambo (ID/54405584), of P.O. Box 15, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, (4) Walter Otieno Oyugi (ID/21700104), of P.O. Box 44550-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land containing 0.08, 0.04, 0.05 and 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered under title Nos. 5733, 5727, 5726 & 5725, respectively, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Migori in succession cause No. 2 of 2013, ordered for the revocation of the letter of grant issued to Lawrence Okello Oreso on the 19th February, 2008, and confirmed on 15th May, 2008, to administrator and other four, and .whereas all the affected parties regarding the partition and subsequent transfers on parcel of land No. Central Kasipul/Kamuma/1749 have declined/refused to surrender the original title deeds so as to revert the proprietorship and subdivisions to the deceased and to the original number to enable fresh succession and further distribution ,of the estate, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed issued to them on the 12th October, 2011, 2nd September, 2011, 2nd September, 2011 and 28th November, 2014, respectively, and the land title deed issued earlier to the above four, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
