NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Justin Mwandiki Nyaga/Samuel Abuya. The owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBT 689P, Subaru Legacy and Makindu Motors Limited the owner of motor cycle reg., KMCS 169V, SKYGO, which have been lying at the premises of Robotic Auto Care Garage, Karen, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and motorcycle within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges owed to Robotic Auto Care Garage, cost of publication of this notice and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date of delivery taken, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty by Kinyua and Company Limited, P.O. Box 73781-00200, Nairobi, to defray the amounts due ' and costs incurred and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners, credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owners shall be liable thereof.
