NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th January, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1103, in Volume DI, Folio 40/719, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Valerie Elizabeth Njambi Kamau, of P.O. Box 23059-00604, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Valerie Elizabeth Njambi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Valerie Elizabeth Njambi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Valerie Elizabeth Njambi Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by him assumed name Valerie Elizabeth Njambi Kamau only.
