NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle KBQ 401C Tata Ace which is lying within the premises of Dante Burba (2012) Limited, Kuguru Loop Road, off Enterprise Road, Plot 209/10320, Haji Issa Building, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges, repair charges and other incidental costs incurred asat the date of collection or delivery. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid vehicle is collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by either public auction. or private treaty without any notice and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued charges and the balance if any shall be at the owner's credit but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable thereto.
