WHEREAS Samson Okambo Okutnu, was issued ss a land title deed registered under title No. East/Kisumu/Kanyakwar ' 7241, and whereas notice was given to 'him to surrender the land title deed for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided. no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the cancellation of the said land title deed.
