THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hardev Singh, of P.O. Box 109, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2873 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Municipality Block 1/328, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening, the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
