NOTICE is given that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 14th September, 2018, the following resolutions were passed: 18th January, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE 133 1. Special Resolution: "THAT the Company .be liquidated voluntarily as a members' voluntary liquidation" 2. Ordinary Resolution: "THAT Mr. Owen Koimburi Njenga of P.O. Box 61120-00100, Nairobi is appointed as liquidator for the purpose of such liquidation" The Creditors of the Company are required on or before 13th October, 2018, to send full particulars of, all claims they may have against the Company addressed to the undersigned, the liquidator of the Company and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by his advocate to come and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are approved Dated the 14th September, 2018.
