ACT

PURSUANT to Article 241 (3) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 as read together with sections 31 (1) (a), 31 (2), 33 (1), 34 (2) and (3) of the Kenya Defence Forces Act, 2012 (Rev. 2018), the Kenya Defence Forces deployed and discontinued deployment on the 1st and 3rd March, 2019, respectively in support of the Kenya Wildlife Service in response to the fire outbreaks at Mt.
