REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kisini arap Butei, of P.O. Box 214, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nandi, registered under title No. Nandi/Kamoiywo/684, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued earlier has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
