NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th October, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1585, in Volume DI, Folio 35/653, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Lilian Kerubo Nyanamba, of P.O. Box 7906–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lilian Kerubo Ongeri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lilian Kerubo Ongeri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lilian Kerubo Nyanamba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lilian Kerubo Nyanamba only.
