NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th September, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1489, in Volume DI, Folio 23/465, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Chris Ihuthia Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 1205–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Chris Samuel Muthoni, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Chris Samuel Muthoni, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chris Ihuthia Kinuthia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Chris Ihuthia Kinuthia only.
