REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jacques Arnold Verwiel, (2) Josephus Henrikus Verwiel and (3) Wouter Jan Verwiel, the executors of the estate of Marcel Theodore Verwiel (deceased), all of P.O; Box 74493-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the executors of the estate of Marcel Gerard Theodoor Verwiel (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L. R. No. 6725/119 (Original No. 6725/30/7), situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by,virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N57, Folio 467/I, File 17883, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed With the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
