WHEREAS David Rukwaro Ngari (ID/5947086), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8 hectare or thereabouts, Situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Subukia/Subukia 2 1/674, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been receiwed4within that period.
