TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 482 OF 2015 By (1) Linus Marangu Matiri and (2) Mercy Wanja Ntai, both of P.O. Box 422-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matiri Baimuru alias Matiri Imuru, who died at Chogoria, on 18th June, 1993. CAUSE No. 25 oF 2018 By (1) Patrick Mutuma Manyara and (2) Jane Igoki Njeru, both of P.O. Box 7, Ikuu, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Muthoni Njeru, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 24th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
