TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2019 By (1) Joyce Muthoni Kibaara and (2) Andrew Francis Kariti Mwaniki, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Michael Murage Mwaniki, who died at Topcare Nursing Home, on 3rd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
