TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. I OF 2019 By (1) Moi Nyagah Kimui and (2) Albert Nyaga Kuria , both of P.O. Box 37, Kipsaina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Nyaga Kimui alias Ephantus Nyagah Kimui, who died at Karaus Sub-location, on 15th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2018 By Joseph Kamau Mbugua, of P.O. Box 1330, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Muhito Mbugua, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February, 2016. CAUSE No. 34 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Wangui Waweru, (2) Rosemary Wangui Waweru and (3) Lilian Wanjiru Waweru, all of P.O. Box 1300, Kitale in Kenya, the executrices named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Geoffrey Waweru Njuguna, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
