TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 156 OF 2009 By Zakayo Nyhngongo, of P.O. Box 381, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyarangi Nyangongo, late of Misesi, who died there, on 26th June, 1998. CAUSE No. 326 OF 2015 By (1), Samwel Ongosi Moturi (2) Annah Bousi and (3) Roselyne Jirangwa, the deceased's son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moturi Onkoba alias Mangoinas Moturi Onkoba, who died on 9th March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
