TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 213 OF 2018 By (1) Mornica Akinyi Onyangu and (2) Ascar Akoth Arika, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esawo Arika Otieno alias Esau Arika, who died on 23rd November, 2009. CAusE No. 214 OF 2018 By Rael Achieng Ogony, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Killion Ajwang Okulo alias Ajwang' Okulo, who died on 14th February, 1982. CAUSE No. 754 OF 2018 By Erick Oyier Omondi, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rojas Matika Oyier, who died on 23rd January, 1993. CAusE No. 145 OF 2019 By James Asiri Miyare, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Miyare Achuch alias Philip Miyare alias Miyare Achuch, who died at Southwest Kisumu, on 28th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
